Becki has been in Financial Services since she was 16, about 25 years, although she doesn’t like to admit her age. Starting at the “Pru” as a school leaver and working through varies large Banks such as RBS, Natwest and Bank of Ireland. Becki has worked roles including Sales & Quality, Underwriting, Training, Business Development & Advising – you may say she knows this industry inside out!
Whilst at Bank of Ireland she achieved Sales Person of the Year at the Mortgage Strategy Awards, an amazing experience at the Royal Albert Hall, with the award delivered by the engimatic Rob Brydon.
In 2009 Bank of Ireland decided to pull out of the UK market for a while, leaving her jobless, so what better time, than in the middle of a world wide Financial Crisis to move into a Self Employed Role dealing directly with clients?! Actually this was a blessing in disguise as she hasn’t looked back, being able to draw on her extensive experience with major lenders has allowed her to provide a 5 star service to clients for both their Mortgage & Protection needs.
Becki became Principal of XL Finance Ltd in June 2016 and continues to run XL as a firm committed to their clients and dedicated to establishing long lasting relationships, it is hard work, and many hours however never a chore – Becki loves this job, and loves her clients.
When not working Becki likes to relax with a G&T with her family, aggressively cuddle her long suffering dog Montylicious and visit the Cornish Coast

Harry Kalsi

Harry trades under XL Finance Ltd as “Financial Planning Care Ltd” and is based in Stourbridge, he has over 30 years in the industry, and previously worked for a large insurance provider.
When Harry isn’t advising he loves to retreat to the Cornish Coast for long walks and enjoys staying active with all types of sporting activities including swimming and football.

Raj Dhesi Cert PFS, FPC, CeMAP

Raj has worked in Financial Services since 1978! He previously worked for a major insurance provider and joined XL Finance Ltd in 2013.
Raj has chosen to specialise in Protection and has been awarded several industry accolades over the years, including a 21 year consecutive run of attending Achievement Conference Awards for the insurance provider for excellent business standards in proving Financial Services. He also was awarded with the Life Insurance Associations (LIA)Award which signifies a high degree of professional competence in the selling of Life Insurance combined with exceptional service to both clients and the profession.
Raj is a certified member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS), a recognised UK association of professional Financial Advisers, as well as being a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) which is an international body of professional advisers.

John Coleman

John has many years experience within the industry and has chosen to specialise in Mortgages, he has been with XL Finance Ltd since 2013 having worked for various other companies in previous years.
John is based in Barnt Green and has clients all over the Midlands, he is now serving the children of clients which is a testament to his professionalism and how well his clients think of him.
When taking some well earned rest from XL Finance Ltd John loves to travel and sail, and has a love of vintage cars.
Aimee Hughes
Adviser – Mortgages & Protection Insurance
Professionally, Aimee specialises as an Insurance Protection Advisor.
She prides herself on ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and works flexibly so you can rest assured your appointments can be done at your convenience, not necessarily 9 – 5, because that doesn’t suit everyone!
Communication is at the core of her service offerings and putting your needs first is her top priority. If you feel that you have a complex situation, this is right up her street, don’t shy away from Financial Resilience because you aren’t sure if you can be covered – this is what Aimee is here for.
Personally she loves anything DIY related and redesigning interiors.
She has two grown up Daughters who she is extremely proud of and loves days out / holidays with them. She also has two exceptionally beautiful dogs who keep her busy when not working.

Montylicous, Monty for short is based with Becki at XL HQ, he is 11 this year and feels his cuteness, and nose twitching contributes to a happy workplace … he isn’t wrong, his happy demeanour lifts Becki’s spirits on a daily basis – he would also like to point out that Becki absolutely CAN work whilst having a 4.5 stone furball on her lap and he doesn’t understand why she says no!

John Woffinden founded this firm in 2005 and since day one the company has grown in clients and advisers to become a well-respected, and frequently recommended firm.
John sadly passed away June 2016; with Becki taking over to continue the good work and continue the firm with the mantra of WWJD (What Would John Do?). Over 15 years of serving the West Midlands and surrounding areas, with clients up and down the country from Newquay to Northern Ireland, Solihull to Scotland, we will continue to give our clients the best advice, a listening ear and if they are very lucky an XL Finance Ltd Keyring!
